If you stream and you want your channel’s information corrected, removed, or no longer tracked, read data removal before writing. It sets out exactly what we can remove, what we may retain as our own measurements and why, and — importantly — how we verify that a request really comes from the channel owner.

Sending the right details the first time removes an entire round trip from the process, which usually means the difference between a few days and a few weeks.

We have no account records to look you up in, so a message needs to carry its own context. For anything about a specific channel or figure, please include:

• The exact page URL on this site — not just a channel name. Many figures appear on several pages, and knowing which one you are looking at removes the guesswork.
• The specific number or element you are writing about, and the window it covers (7 days, 30 days, all time, a particular broadcast).
• What you expected instead, and where that expectation comes from — a creator dashboard, another tracker, your own records. Knowing the source of the discrepancy is half the diagnosis.
• When you saw it, roughly. Pages update continuously, so a timestamp helps us reconstruct what you were looking at.

Please write in English if you can. We will do our best with other languages, but a translated reply takes longer.

A large share of the questions we receive are answered on the methodology page, and often faster than we can reply. In particular:

• “Why is this different from my dashboard?” — we measure public concurrent viewers by sampling from the outside; Twitch measures from the inside with data we cannot see. See update delays and why our numbers differ.
• “Why does my history start there?” — all-time means since we began tracking that channel, and nothing before that is back-filled. See what “all time” means.
• “Why is there a gap in my chart?” — a missing measurement is drawn as a gap rather than as zero. See missing samples.
• “Why am I not on a ranking?” — boards apply a minimum amount of tracked activity and data confidence. See ranking boards.
• “Why is my page not in Google?” — we track far more channels than we ask search engines to list. See tracking is not indexing.

If the answer there does not match what you are seeing, that is genuinely useful to know — write in.

StreamerVitals is an independent service with no relationship to Twitch beyond reading its public API. We have no access to Twitch accounts, no channel of communication into Twitch, and no ability to influence anything on the platform. Anything in the following list has to go to Twitch support, and we can only redirect you:

• Account access, bans, suspensions and appeals
• Payouts, subscriptions, bits and revenue questions
• Partner or affiliate status
• Copyright strikes and DMCA matters on Twitch itself
• Content moderation and reports about other users’ behaviour on Twitch

We also do not offer paid promotion, ranking placement or removal from a leaderboard for a fee. There is no version of this site where that is available, which is why the ranking formulas are published in full.
